We are into music development, but we’re a community first. Our mission is to be a welcoming resource and community-led learning space that champions talent and builds strong local networks.
We are committed to providing access to expertise, resources and networks to encourage integrity and ownership in building sustainable music careers.

We’re excited to present a series of 4-week digital music production camps taught by respected producer singer-songwriter Emmavie. Being supported by Ableton has enabled us to deliver this course to the communities that need it most during the national lockdown.
Our collaboration with Emmavie started in 2018, pairing up to bring music production for womxn and non-binary producers in the West Midlands. The success of the first course, and the pressing demand for more opportunities like this affirmed that providing a space for underrepresented talent is crucial to the creative cycle of development. It also reinforces the need for accessible music industry opportunities for creators and professionals in the Midlands.
Our lockdown production camps enabled us to create a digital community of womxn and non-binary producers who have connected through music in a time where connection and working together is paramount. Our Spring production camp is designed for creators who are either starting out in production or wanting to build confidence in their music-making. Selected producers will learn the fundamentals of navigating Ableton Live, apply techniques such as sampling, composition and arrangement and have access to a bunch of resources to support their craft. No experience is required, just commitment, belief in your ability to grow and if possible a positive contribution to the network.
Since our beginning we’ve always been connected to nurturing minority music talent. It’s been our drive to be able to balance the playing field and design our opportunities from an inclusive lens which reflects and celebrates difference.
